Busha Brownes Original Lime Chilli Pepper Jelly
Chilli pepper jellies are based on the world famous Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper and will enhance any meal. This traditional spicy-sweet condiment based on the famous hot and flavourful Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper. The lime is particularly good with fish while ginger goes well with Chinese and Indian dishes.
We’ve been on the hunt for a really good pepper jelly for a while now and we think we may have found what we’re looking for in this from Busha Browne. Just looking at the jar makes our mouth water. It’s a firm clear jelly with substantial chunks of pepper and lime zest locked in.
If you can do without the lime zing then it’s the original Busha Browne’s Hot Pepper Jelly you need.
