The Cambridge Chilli Farm Nagalade uses only the finest, ingredients in their products and always source locally grown ingredients where possible.

It is an extremely fiery jelly with shreds of Naga chilli running through it. It is made using bramley apples, sugar and Naga chilli peppers, they have created a sweet and fiercely hot preserve, devilishly different from anything else out there. Three shredded nagas per jar give Nagalade the feel and texture of a marmalade and a burn which just keeps on going!

We feel that this is the sort of sauce which demands respect.
