Scoville Heat Unit Rating of 200,000 – 350,000
Habaneros are traditioanlly grown in the Yucatan region of Mexico and they have an international reputation for having a high pungency and special, unique flavour.
All you need to do to unlock the flavour is add hot water and the chilli is back in shape within a few minutes, retaining all the flavour and heat of a fresh pepper.
Remember a little goes a long way – use with caution as these are seriously hot.
