We’re not at all sure what the chaps at the Bay are doing, but to be quiet frank with you – we don’t care – they produce sauce after sauce and all of them are from the top drawer.
This is a smoky medium hot chilli sauce and we feel that is a real winner – probably one of our favourite chipotle sauces we have tasted…
This sauce is ideal for use when you are frilling, marinading and you can use it on all manner of meats, fish, shrimp, eggs, chicken, soups and of course Mexican foods too!
