We are taking a special look at three of the range in more detail.
The classic chilli pepper jelly but with a little more spice. Its just right for use with a strong cheese and hot or cold meat, in sandwiches, stir fries, marinades and dips.
This jelly is tangy and zingy with limes and chillies. Good for use on tiger prawns on the barbecue, with fish cakes or on vanilla cheesecake.
This has a superb blend of hot chillies and cool mint – perfect with lamb, potatoes or peas. In yoghurt as a dip or chilled with fresh pineapple.
