Mad Dog 357 – Silver Collectors Edition – 750,000 Scovilles

Well, when the Gentlemen at The English Chilli Company first tasted this particular Mad Dog, it really did feel like we’d taken a massive bite right out of the sun!
The heat was instant and really impressive, scorching the tastebuds at the tip of the tongue, before a wave of fire surged backwards to fill the whole mouth with one formidable, endorphin-releasing burn that lingers. Before too long theres a dab of sweat on your forehead and an intense sting on your lips that reminds you you’ve just bought one of the hottest hot sauces.
The blistering heat and funky bullet keychain with neat little tasting spoon, make this a sauce well worth owning; so too does the fact this is a relatively rare Silver Collectors’s Edition of “the world’s hottest hot sauce,”.
A very small amount of this fearsome, dark liquid will give anything a serious injection of pure heat and if, like many chilliheads, that’s all you want from a hot sauce, you could do a lot worse than bite the bullet and choose Mad Dog.
