These teabags came into being after a small mishap with chillies in the kitchen, after that they wasted no time in getting a proper blend together.
This has been made with the most successful mint brew, a blend of peppermint & spearmint all combined with a pinch of chilli to give it a cheeky twist without going over too the top.
The chilli takes a little longer to infuse than the mint, so the longer you leave the bag in, the more chilli you will taste. I usually leave the bag in and refill with boiling water when I’ve finished the first cup.
