Zakk Wyldes and Blairs Sauce

Ozzy Osborne’s long time guitarist – Zakk Wylde – has teamed up with Blair to produce a range of sauces hot enough to satisfy his legions of ‘Berserkers’ – the name they use to describe their hard core fans of his band Black Label Society.

Zakk says “When it came time to unleash my idea for a sauce on the Berserker Nation, I made one call, and that was to Blair himself.”

The result is a series of four delicious, all natural sauces which carry quite a punch.

Zakk Wylde’s Stronger Than Death Berserker Hot Sauce

This fresh tasting Hotter than Death sauce really hits the spot with plenty of Habanero and Jolokia heat and flavour.

Zakk Wylde’s Sonic Brew Berserker Hot Sauce

The Sonic Brew hot chilli sauce combines zesty key lime juice with garlic and a shot of tequila.

Zakk Wylde’s Shot to Hell Berserker Hot Sauce

This is the beast of the range with the addition of both pure pepper resin and Naga Jolokia to the trademark key lime juice and habaneros to produce a sauce with some serious firepower and flavour.

Zakk Wylde’s Original Berserker Hot Sauce

The Original Version Hot Sauce is the mildest of the bunch but is packed with fresh lime, chipotle and coriander flavours and is a sauce you’ll want to splash on everything.

One of the hottest chilli sauces in the World

This is one of the finest chillihead gifts in the world packing a mighty 650,000 – 900,000 scoville units.

The 2 a.m. reserve is the first in the series of Blairs A.M sauces and is always a sought after chillihead collectors item.

Use Extreme caution! This is not a sauce! This product must be used as an ingredient only! (1tsp. of Blair’s 2AM reserve mixed with 1 gallon of sauce will produce extreme heat)

Right. This is serious. We’re not kidding when we say that this is one of the hottest products on the planet.

The name comes from when Blair managed a bar. 2 am was the closing time and this was the closest thing to legal that he could use to get the drunks out of the bar. Blair is so proud of this creation he personally signs every bottle himself.

Blair’s Reserve N4 99

ONLY 99 EVER MADE

This is the Fiery Foods Show 2010 Albuquerque N.M. Blairs’ Reserve Limited Edition. There were only 99 of these fantastic bottles produced in the World.

This is a real find for hot sauce collectors, these were made and sold exclusively at the 2010 Fiery Foods show in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Each one comes with the trademark gold skull and a the bottle is an awesome combination of white, purple, gold and black italian resin sealing each bottle.

These are nearer a work of art than a hot sauce and are incredibly collectible with low numbered bottles going for well over $500 at auction.

Death Rain | Chipotle Dry Spice Shaker | Blair’s

As always with Blairs Spice Shakers – the information on the jar does not give you too much to go on (but hey you do manage to get a really cool skull keyring).

But coming from the Blair stable of product you know that this smokey rub is going to be delicious.

There are a blend of spices that work perfectly with meat, fish and vegetables under the grill, on the barbeque and even for oven roasting.
