This is another cracking chilli sauce from US behemoth CaJohn. This is a really fruity number with a light consistency but with an extreme burn which kicks in a afterwards.
It takes alot of expertise to create a good depth of flavour in a sauce this hot but CaJohn has done it again with “Z” which picked up a Golden Chilli Award in 2004 for best extract based sauce.
