He has his own range of food and here we present to you these olives. They are from South Italy – Siciliy – and have some unique flavours – hot chili, garlic, black pepper and premium quality extra virgin olive oil.

When you have finished these olives you can still use the beautiful jar for storing spices.

Spicy Hot Peanuts

Chilli Nuts

Now being Gentlemen we feel there is very rarely an excuse for using foul language. However these nuts present us with a perfect opportunity for the F-word.

These are seriously f**kin’ hot nuts. That’s right we said it – because we had to. There is no other way to describe just how hot these nuts are. Succinct, to the point – no beating around the bush! Honesty is always the best policy isn’t it?

Wasabi Peanuts

Now, we are setting a dangerous precedent by allowing these rascals to feature. They are not strictly per se, chilli related. However the wasabi has a kick we like, so we thought we’d sneak them through.

Wasabi Bombs

Wow, these rascals are really quite something. They will make a superb talking point with their bright green colour alone!

These are different to Mr Wasabi’s peanuts that have a thin shell. They have a thick layer of crispy rice cracker coupled together with the wasabi flavour and then you reach the nut inside. Highly addictive!

Chilli Mix Munchy Seeds

This seed mix has been made for the spicy food lovers among us. These have a ‘tremendous kick’ to them and the good news is that they are really really god for you as well.

Seeds are an excellent natural source of essential vitamins, minerals, oils and fibre so enjoy them as a healthy snack or sprinkle them on just about everything!

Seeds

All seeds are little ‘power plants’ of energy with all the nutrients, such as protein and vitamins, needed for development. In fact they are positively bursting with energy, so there’s no surprise that these nutritional wonders can play an important role in any healthy balanced diet.

Sunflower Seeds

These could be considered a ‘super seed’; they have it all, protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Sunflower seeds are low in saturated fat, and contain a healthy combination of Omega 3, 6 & 9 essential fatty acids, crucial to the diet as the body cannot produce them itself – that’s why they’re called ‘essential’. These ‘good fats’ are vital for cell maintenance and helping to regulate blood clotting, blood pressure, immune function and reproduction – all the birds and the bees stuff!

Sunflowers seeds are one of the best whole food sources of vitamin E, an antioxidant that mops up harmful free radicals, protecting our cells and cell membranes from damage and reducing our risk of serious diseases such as heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

If that’s not enough for one little seed, they are also high in folic acid, selenium, iron and zinc, which are all essential for a healthy happy body.
